Client portal

A portal that’s yours, not ours.

Your clients sign in to their own orders, media, and invoices — under your brand, at your domain, with our name nowhere in sight. It’s the surface clients return to on the Deliver turn of the Owned Loop.

Questions

The portal, answered.

Does the portal show the platform name?

No. The sign-in screen, the domain, and the emails that bring clients back are all yours — there is no "powered by" and no platform name on any screen. To your client, the portal simply is your studio.

What can a client do in the portal?

Sign in once to find every order and gallery they have ordered, see what is paid and what is due, pay an outstanding balance, and pull past receipts — without hunting through email for last year’s link.

Can a client see another client’s orders?

No. Access is scoped so a client only ever sees their own orders, media, and invoices. Nothing belonging to another client is reachable.

Is the portal required?

No. Galleries and booking work with guest checkout, so the portal is opt-in for studios that want returning clients to have one place to sign in. It is the surface clients come back to on the Deliver turn of the Owned Loop.
