Terms of Service
Last updated August 20, 2026. Plain language, honestly meant.
This is a readable summary of the agreement between you and Everyframe. The full Platform Terms of Service are presented in the app when you create a studio account, and that is the version you accept and that governs — this page exists so you can read the shape of it first. If anything here conflicts with the in-app terms or a signed order form, those govern.
1. The service
Everyframe provides white-label software for photography and media businesses — booking, client galleries, delivery, payments, and per-tenant sites. You use it to run your business under your own brand and domain. We provide the platform; you provide the work and the client relationships.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your team’s access, and the content you upload. Keep your credentials secure. Don’t use the platform to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or send spam. You must have the rights to the media you deliver through it.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually. Your 14-day trial requires no card; you convert when you choose.
- We take 0% of your client payments. When your clients pay you, the money goes to your own connected Stripe account; you pay only Stripe’s standard processing. Our only charge to you is your subscription.
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future billing; we don’t refund the current period unless required by law.
- We may change prices with notice; changes never apply to a term you’ve already paid for.
4. Your content and your clients
You own your content and your client relationships. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and deliver your media so the service works. We are a data processor acting on your instructions — not the owner of your data. We will never market to your clients, and we will never sell photography that competes with you. That is a promise, and it’s written into how the business is built.
Every subprocessor that can touch this data is named on our Privacy Policy. If a brokerage or franchise client needs a signed Data Processing Addendum from you, write to us and we’ll put one in place.
5. White-label & acceptable use
The platform is designed to be invisible to your clients. You may present it entirely under your own brand on every plan. In return, don’t misrepresent Everyframe, resell the platform as your own SaaS product to other software businesses, or attempt to circumvent tenant isolation.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available and improving; you can watch what ships on the changelog. We may update features over time. If we ever make a materially adverse change, we’ll tell you.
7. Termination & leaving
You can leave whenever you want, and take your work with you. Concretely: clients, shoots, invoices, team and tax summaries export as CSV from the Console, and delivered media downloads from its gallery. There isn’t a one-button archive of a whole workspace yet — ask and we’ll produce one for you. We may suspend an account for a serious violation of these terms or a legal requirement, and we’ll give you a reasonable chance to export first where we can.
Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose. We don’t offer point-in-time restore, and we’d rather tell you that than let you find out.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
