About Everyframe

Built for the studio, not the vendor.

The tools in this category were built to look like the platform. We built one that disappears behind you — and got honest about how software for independent studios should work.

The short version

A platform your clients never see — so the studio they trust is only ever yours.

White-label by default

Software only — never your rival
Why we exist

The category was built for the platform’s upside.

Look at the tools a photographer can choose from and a pattern shows up fast. Most serve a single vertical, so a studio that shoots homes on Monday and headshots on Wednesday needs two logins and two bills.

Most wear a light theme and their own logo, so the client always half-knows they’re on someone else’s software. And most are quietly extractive: a fee to remove the vendor’s badge, a commission skimmed off each booking, an ownership structure where the platform can one day sell to the very clients you brought it.

None of that is villainy. It’s just built for the platform’s upside instead of yours. We wanted the inverse, no one was shipping it, so we built it.

What we stand on

Four principles, and no asterisks.

Not moods we’re in on a good day — stances the rest of the product has to honor, each with the structure that keeps it true.

White-label to the core.

Not a tier you unlock — the default on every plan. Your brand, your domain, your name in the email headers. A CI gate blocks our brand from ever reaching a client-facing surface.

No platform badge, on any plan.

Independent by design.

We sell software, not photography, and we never market to your clients. Your list stays yours and never becomes our lead list — that is the whole reason the incentives never turn.

Your clients are never our leads.

Multi-vertical, one account.

Real estate is live today. Headshots, weddings, food, automotive, and drone run on the same rails, so a studio that shoots more than one thing keeps one login and one bill.

One platform, every shoot type.

Zero platform fees.

We take nothing from your client payments — they flow straight into your own Stripe account. Our only revenue is your subscription, which keeps us pointed at your success, not a cut of it.

0% of what your clients pay you.

Where we actually are

Real estate ships today. The rest, in the open.

Real estate is fully live — booking, client galleries, delivery, payments, and property sites, all white-label. The other five verticals are rolling out on the same foundation, not rebuilt from scratch for each.

We build in the open. What shipped this week, what’s next, what broke and got fixed — it’s on the changelog, dated, with no roadmap theater. See what shipped →

Questions

The honest answers.

Who is behind Everyframe?

An independent software company building one white-label platform for photography and media studios. We are not owned by a marketplace or a media company, and we have no photography to sell — our only product is the software, and our only customer is the studio.

How does Everyframe make money?

One way: a flat subscription you pay us. We take 0% of your client payments — they settle straight into your own Stripe account. Because a subscription you can cancel in one click is our only revenue, the only way we grow is by staying worth keeping.

Is the 0% platform fee real, or a launch promotion?

It is the model, not a promotion. On every plan we ship, today and later, Everyframe takes none of your client payments. The money path runs through your own Stripe account, not ours, so there is nothing on our side to take a cut of.

Which verticals actually work today?

Real estate is fully live — booking, client galleries, delivery, payments, and property sites, all white-label. Headshots, weddings, food, automotive, and drone are rolling out on the same foundation. We build in the open and date every release on the changelog.

Can I leave and take my data with me?

Yes. Galleries, contacts, and records export on demand in open formats, while you are a customer and after you leave. There is no exit fee and no lock-in clause — leaving is a feature, not a support ticket.
