Do clients need an account to book?
No. Booking supports guest checkout, so a client can pick a package, add upsells, and pay a deposit in a couple of taps without creating an account. A client portal is optional if you want returning clients to sign in.
How are prices set at checkout?
Every amount is authored on the server, so packages, add-ons, and deposits are priced by you per brand and can never be edited in the browser. The total a client pays is the total you set.
Can two clients book the same slot?
No. Availability is live, not a static form — the moment a slot is booked it locks for everyone, and a server-side guard prevents double-bookings even if two people check out at the same time.
When do I collect the money?
You take a deposit the moment a client books to lock the date, with the balance due on delivery. Deposit amounts are set by you and land in your own Stripe account at a 0% platform fee.
