Everyframe vs Pic-Time

A straight comparison, no strawman. Pic-Time makes a premium gallery — here is what it does well, where we differ, and who should switch. All Pic-Time facts are its public terms as of July 2026.

Credit where it’s due

What Pic-Time does well.

We’re not going to pretend otherwise. If these are what you need, Pic-Time may be the right call — and we’ll say so again below.

Luxury-feeling galleries

Pic-Time’s galleries feel premium — high-end presentation that suits a luxury brand and reads beautifully to clients.

Automated print sales

Its automated sales campaigns and a big print-lab network are genuinely excellent. If print revenue is your model, that engine works.

A 30-day trial

Pic-Time offers a 30-day trial, so you can evaluate the galleries and the store properly before you commit.

Where we differ

Four differences that actually matter.

Start with the fee you can’t see up front. Pic-Time’s commission runs 6–15% by tier and lives in the help center; Everyframe’s is 0%, printed on the pricing page. Then the free plan — Pic-Time’s storage decays from 10GB to 3GB after six months, where Everyframe’s holds.

The honest part

Who should stay. Who should switch.

Stay on Pic-Time if
  • Print sales are your revenue, and the shop is your engine.
  • Its automated sales campaigns convert for you.
  • The luxury gallery presentation is central to your brand.
Switch to Everyframe if
  • You want the whole business — booking, invoicing, site, portal — under your brand.
  • You want 0% on client sales, not 6–15% by tier.
  • You want fees printed on the pricing page, not filed in the help center.
  • You’re done with free storage that decays 10GB → 3GB.
